Privacy Policy

Elrock will keep in confidence all names, addresses and personal information received from its customers in order to process product orders.  All such information will not be passed on to any third party.  All such information is kept in a secure environment and treated as private.

Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used for any other purpose without your consent.

All material on this website remains the intellectual property of Elrock.  Unless written consent is obtained, you are not permitted to publish, reproduce or distribute any images or textual content.  This web site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the Internet. Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet.

Elrock has the right to change the details on this website at any time.  We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions and pricing without notice.  Every effort will be made to keep details on the website up to date, but on occasions information such as availability may be incorrect.  Please email Elrock directly for confirmation of availability of bags.

Refund Policy

Elrock is committed to customer service. 

Return of a bag:

Elrock will provide a full refund for anyone wishing to return a bag if we are contacted by email within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product.  Proof of purchase must be provided and the bag must be returned in its original condition.  Once the bag is received by Elrock the cost of the bag only (no postage costs) will be refunded into your nominated bank account. 

Exchange of a bag:

Elrock will exchange a product if you change your mind.  To obtain an exchange it must be in accordance with the following process.

  • Email Elrock within 14 days of accepting delivery of the product stating that you wish to have an exchange.  Make very clear the bag you with to exchange it for.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the returned bag is in its original condition and the new bag of choice is available.  Await confirmation by Elrock regarding availability.
  • Return the product by post to Elrock within 21 days of notification.  You must include a pre paid post bag addressed to you.  The new bag will not be sent back to you unless all postage costs have been paid for by you.
  • Elrock will post the new bag to you within 7 days of accepting delivery of the returned bag.

Return of a faulty bag:

Elrock will replace or repair, if possible, any faulty items purchased online within 6 months of purchase.  Replacement is subject to availability.  If bags have sold out, it may not be possible to replace the exact bag. Please email Elrock before returning the item informing them of the faulty bag.  Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the bag.  Elrock will only cover postage of the new or repaired bag back to you.

Delivery & Postal Policy

A flat rate of $15 will be charged for postage and handling within Australia for all orders made direct with Elrock of 3 or less bags.  All orders will be sent via registered post and need to be signed for on pick up.  Allow up to 10 working days for delivery within Australia.  Postage charges on purchases of more than 3 bags will be negotiated prior to a sale. 

For international delivery, notification prior to making a sale will be required. Elrock will obtain a quote and include the exact postal charge plus $5 handling fee in the final sale price.
