Here are the directions:

Chose your favourite bag and size.
Complete the purchasing form on this page with your enquiry, ensure you fill in every section.
Elrock will reply confirming availability.
Once confirmation is received payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, cash or paypal.
On receipt of payment the bag will be sent via registered post. Canberra residents may prefer to arrange to pick up their bags to save on postage.

Elrock is committed to customer service, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not happy with your product or want to tell us how much you love it.

Postage

A flat rate of $15 will be charged for postage and handling within Australia for all orders made direct with Elrock of 3 or less bags. All orders will be sent via registered post and need to be signed for on pick up. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery within Australia. Postage charges on purchases of more than 3 bags will be negotiated prior to a sale.

For international delivery, notification prior to making a sale will be required. Elrock will obtain a quote and include the exact postal charge plus $5 handling fee in the final sale price.
